Dr Chris Rahman

Dr Chris Rahman is an ANCORS Research Fellow, currently researching China, Australian and Asia-Pacific maritime security, strategic theory, U.S. national security strategy and regional space power and policy. He is the coordinator of the Centre’s Maritime Strategy and Security research programme, the Centre’s academic programmes and research and courses developed for the Royal Australian Navy and Department of Defence.
Chris holds a BA in Politics and History from Victoria University of Wellington, an MA in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Waikato and a Ph.D. from the University of Wollongong on Chinese maritime power.
