2008 Professional Short Course

ANCORS offers four one-week professional short courses for 2008. The principle lecturers for the courses are drawn from the University of Wollongong. The Centre also draws upon the expertise of its range of specialist Visiting Fellows, as well as a number of other guest lecturers from relevant Commonwealth Government departments and agencies. All participants will be issued with course materials and notes, and a certificate on completion of the course. Places are limited. Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received.

ANCORS is pleased to announce its 2008 professional short course programme, which will comprise the following:

• Maritime Security Law (25 - 28 March)
• Law of the Sea (30 June - 4 July)
• Maritime Regulation and Enforcement (7 - 11 July)
• International Fisheries Law (27 - 31 October)

ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS

Venue: University of Wollongong. Full details will be sent to registrants.
Duration: Each course runs over five consecutive days.
Fees: The fee for each course is A$2,200.00 (includes 10% GST).
Accommodation: Accommodation may be available on campus if sufficient prior notice
